CALLING ALL COOL CATS! We´ve got the bee´s knees, the cat´s meow, the elephant´s eyebrows, tunes galore right here in Granada!
Attaboy! Quit that lollygagging and cut that hooey. Granada´s taking us back to the 1920´s with the 2011 Granada International Jazz Festival--and a line-up that is sure to knock your socks off!
With a wide array of concerts-- ranging from classical jazz to flamenco jazz to african-rhythm jazz to swing, funk, be-bop and more-- you are sure to have a good time, with or without the moonshine!
The extensive amount of skill in this program ranges from vocalists like Stacey Kent, Ray Lema, Jose James; to bassists like Xavier Zolli, Dave Holland, Christian McBride; to pianists like Martin Bejerano, Christian Sands, McCoy Turner; to many, many more big names like Roy Haynes, Pepe Habichuela, Antonio Hart, Toumani Diabaté and more!

With solos, duets, trios, quartets, big band and many more arrangements in this festival, there is a concert (or 2, or 3, or 8!) for everyone!
Some of our highlights:
Nov. 10th Granada Big Band
Nov. 12th Roy Hynes
Nov. 17th Dave Holland and Pepe Haichuela
This is one musical show you do not want to miss. Check out the Granada International Jazz Festival website (featured below) for more information regarding dates, venues, and prices.
